Got insurance and a cordless drill?

One guy had his boat sink. He was rescued by the Coast Guard and later received a check from the insurance company.

The location of the sailboat wreckage, however, was a threat to navigation. So the Coast Guard raised it to the surface to dispose of it somewhere else.

And they found a perfectly circular hole in the bottom.

The owner not only got hit up with insurance fraud, but also Federal charges for blocking a Federal waterway.
