The pictures look good, Bryan, but make sure to do your due diligence on any plane you are looking at. If the stuff you get looks interesting, I would try to get a local club member to go look at it before you commit any money to a pre-buy inspection or anything.
I think the point most people are making here is that, even if this plane turns out not to be the one for you, don't limit yourself to only buying planes in your geographic area. There are many people in this club willing to help out on getting the right plane to you.
