Basically, you are spending $100.00 more for a new part that will last another 30 years plus. OR you can spend $50.00 for maybe another 5 years or so of wear, then repeat the process.

I have the Niagara window latch on the pilots side and am just waiting for the right side to break and replace it with the new Niagara part. But, might not wait that long and replace it this winter.
