Get some 3M adhesive remover and squirt it on the two sided tape. Shouldn't hurt fabric (test it first), but might be bad for foam...not sure. I used it to remove 30 year old door seals and glue, and as long as I let it sit for a bit, it softened the glue up enough to remove the seats and residual glue. Still not without elbow grease, but better than a grinder. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/blush.gif" alt="" />
