I looked at this plane before buying 63U. Paint/exterior was about a 3. After seeing plane I did not look at logs, etc as I had already seen and liked 63U. Interior a little rough.

I thought asking price was to high.

Looked at another 150 that the exterior was about a 7 but the interior was about a 5. Similar engine time higher TTAF. They were asking 24k but quickly came down to 22k.

Good wife, good friends & a Cessna 150. Life is good.
