That's the problem I've ran into, Mark. The larger Class D & C airports, with the larger FBOs, generally have an ice machine for free refills to the corporate planes. The smaller ones we frequent don't, thus creating a courtesy car ride to find replentishment. Bill Rourke and myself found that out during our Clinton 2011 trip.
