I want to put the Aeroflash Strobe kit from Spruce on my bird. The ridiculous problem at the moment is that if you buy the kit, it does not come with the nav light cover with a hole in it for the new strobe light bulb. I have the original grimes unit with single nav lite and a plain cover.
My bird is a 71 with the standard droop tip.
Cessna wants 272.00$ for the part. Most salvage places DO NOT HAVE THEM. If they do they want 200-225$ for EACH one.
Anyone know where I might find one for a reasonable price? If I cant get one at a better price Im going to go without.
