Well, this is a good news, bad news story then. The Dalles is a climate similar to Arizona believe it or not, except us folks on the "East side of the Mountains" do see a bit of rain in the weather, but humidity is generally low and temps during the summer will exceed 100 degrees. It is somewhat desert like on the East side, so your corrosion concerns are probably pretty well mitigated. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif" alt="" />
However, without having an airplane right now, I am afraid I am not in a position to run down and take a look for you. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/frown.gif" alt="" /> If the roads were a bit better, I would run down on the Goldwing for a nice trip, but it has been raining the last few days and before that ice and freezing rain left lots of sand and gravel on the road. Bummer.
