Looks pretty good Brian. There are some dings and missing paint but no more than you would expect in a plane of that age.
I would want to know who did the "major overhaul" and what was done. With only 124 hrs since major it should have 28° timing - I would check on that.
The panel area looks clean but there is no picture of the rest of the interior; wonder what it looks like.
How close/far is it between you and the plane. I would want to look at it pretty closely before making an offer.
Looks like it could make a nice starter plane.
