Mike, "in this crazy market we are dealing with"... your guess is as good as anyone else's. I have a '63 straight tail, and couldn't begin to guess it's value now (tailwheel project) or later (low-time airworthy). Nobody's ignoring your posts. I suspect none of us have any input that would be of any real value to you.
There aren't that many fastbacks for sale at any given time, so it's extremely hard to "track the market". It's worth whatever you're willing to pay. I know.... that doesn't help much!
