Hi Konrad, I've been an owner for a while now and I'm based in Panama City Florida (PFN). My tie down runs $60.00 Mo. plus tax. The other FBO on PFN is $65.00 Mo. plus tax, but things are very expensive here. It a towered airport. I'm sure thar it's cheaper elsewhere but thats what it is here.
