Hey, I just recently got my 150G so I'm still in the process of cleaning it up. It is nice that people here give so generously.
So if anybody has more surplus parts or has something to sell for a 150G, let me know. I'll be changing the tips on the wings and both the horizontal and vertical stabilizers soon. I also want to add a GPS/COM over time and I need to replace the VOR/CDI head that is currently in use with the Narco 12D. When I add the GPS I'll also be getting a new CDI, annunciator and audio panel. While I would prefer all new Garmin gear, I will probably end up with what I can find at a good price.
On the wing tips, I think it will be better for me to buy fiberglass tips rather than plastic. It seems they will last longer. Any opinions to the contrary? The ones on the plane are plastic and have several cracks.
