Looks good! Now tell us if it gets any warmer INSIDE the cabin. Did you ever check that rotary heater valve? Sometimes they get a little bent or don't turn all the way. Mine did that. You might be able to look with a flashlight from below without removing the cowling, but you may want to use a creeper to do it. Call if you have questions.
