Folks,

I sent the following listing to club HQ to be posted in our classifieds, and it's also on Barnstormers and Alaskaslist.com:

Lycoming O-235-N2C, removed 10-15-2009 from N94790 for a Sparrowhawk engine swap, TT 6617, SMOH 2132 (TBO 2400). This engine is a strong running engine and comes with everything: carb, mags, baffling, exhaust, oil cooler, starter, alternator, and I have all logs. $4,000. Located in Alaska, will ship anywhere in U.S. at buyer's expense.

A Sparrowhawk prop and spinner is also available for $1,000.

This is the engine that came out of my '83 152, when I replaced it with a low time Sparrowhawk engine. It has a new cylinder (less than 20 hours) and was a hot little O-235 when I took it out. Note that it has about 250 hours before TBO and would make someone a good engine for a few years depending on how many hours a year you fly. It is currently stored in a heated hanger and will get pickled soon if I don't sell it. I had a guy in Anchorage who was going to buy it from me, but he recently backed out, so I'm advertising it broadly!

If you know anyone who needs it ... please let me know.
