Henry can I give you suggestion, look I cant speak for your finances, but way you seem like really dont want to sell or your unsure. With are market you be lucky to 16k. I think you be better to keep it, if you cant afford hanger space wrap it up and store it outside. Look Im not trying to tell what to do but from my experience once you sell, you never bye another plane again and it seems like people regret it later on.
Anyhow either way you decide I understand at times we just don't have a choice.
