No taxes in Quebec. One time fee of 110$ to get the certificate of registration from transport Canada. That's all ! nothing more, no taxes, nothing !
There is also the yearly Nav Canada fee for FSS, ATC services, etc. If I remember correctly, it starts at about $80 CDN for our size of aircraft and it goes up from there. It's payable for all registered aircraft in Canada.
