Hi Fred, thanks for the note of caution. reason for sale and the reason for purchase for those 3 guys is they were getting there ATPL finished off and two of the guys are working, one for Borek Air and the other for CMA... they don't need it now and want to sell so they aren't paying for tie-down, insurance on something they never use. they bought it last year. i've talked with him a few times already over the past month.
i've also heard that rearranging the instruments is no-no. TC won't allow that.
