First time buyer need advise

.
Is this one worth 25K asking price? Sounds too much for 1000 SMOH engine, but I am not sure how 235 STOH affects this.
Anybody around Walla Walla, WA is willing to check out this plane? I will compensate for couple hours of your time or buy you a few weeks supply of beer

We have two single-channel Nav/Coms: Com One is a KX170B with KI209 VOR/GS indicator and KN75 glideslope receiver. Com Two is an RT328T with VOR indicator. Plus, we have a KMA 20 audio panel to bring it all together as one system and provide marker beacon indication for IFR work. And we have a 2-place intercom, a separate antenna connection for your hand-held radio, a nice left seat yoke wrap with built-in push-to-talk button, plus a standard velcro-attached PTT switch for the right seat, handy for training. The cabin speaker works, in case your passenger has no headset.
So it is all set up as a true IFR trainer. All this stuff (VORs, GS, marker beacons, etc.) works fine. The plane is not certified for IFR flight (would be of not much use here in Walla Walla), but we have been doing IFR training in it, and there is nothing stopping someone from getting it certified..
Mode-C transponder of course (KT76A).
You won't find a more fully equipped 150 for the price.
