I'm sorry, I don't know how we missed your original post, but we will be happy to post your ad in the club classified section where it can also be seen by non club members and doesn't get lost behind the latest post.
I do agree with Carl that "make offer" is not a good way to go, because folks like to know what sort of ballpark you are considering. If you are highly negotiable, you might say your asking price is negotiable, or something like "I'll consider any offer over $35K etc.
