I couldn't afford your plane if you gave it to me right now, but if I had some money to spend and was interested, I probably wouldn't respond to a "Make offer" ad. Many guys look for ad's like that, but others (like myself) won't bother with them.
I don't like to haggle! I need a starting point before I "start" to consider something! When I buy something, I want to know the bottom line price (or at least an "asking" price) up front. If it's too high, I might make one offer (my final bid), otherwise I walk, and there's no hard feelings. I've seen guys haggle for weeks over something, and then when the deal finally falls through, everybody's pissed because of all the wasted time. Also, with airplanes, I rarely consider anything without pics!
