Sniping...This limits the opportunity of other bidders to respond manually.
My bid of $75 was immediately upped to $76 by an automated bid...so wouldn't my sniper bid would be outdone by a $1?
Edit - I see...not in the case where my "max" bid exceeds their max bid...smart!
