You might notice that Aerobat is now in the club classifieds as well, it is the very first Aerobat made, and appears to be in above average condition. In my view the asking price is a deal. Keep in mind, there were only 1,483 Aerobats ever made worldwide, they are worth a premium compared to regular 150-152's, and being Serial #1 and in above average condition, with 1,160 SMOH, I'd personally look hard at this one myself if I was in the market.
