You can buy one as a good starting point with decent avionics (mine came with a KX-155) and interior (newer seats and fabric).

2 Nav/Com with glideslope; IFR enroute and approach GPS; new digital transponder; New audio panel with music input, marker beacons, and intercom; new alternator and battery; plus base airplane was still $15,000 less than that.
