All you need to do is form a good relationship with an A&P/IA
that will let you do the work and sign off on it.
And assist with the annuanls.

Check out the Thread on 150/150 Conversion. I don't think David Rowland is an A&P and he did a lot of the work on his. (or he has had a lot of $$ smile )
