Both wings were damaged one a lot more than the other.
The fuse. wing attach points were damaged. Not to long ago
(one to three months) he installed new insides; carpet,avonics
side panel headliner etc. It came to about $14,000. he had about $28,000 in the hole airplane.
He had the fuel transmitter worked on. The person that worked on it did not calibrate it. He uses auto gas from gas cans in his hanger and did not fill up with avgas when he had a chance.
Gas gage said 1/4 full. He almost made it back to the airport.
