I do have a good '77 150M fuselage with doors, but it would certainly take too much rework for the D/E's manual flaps and tail feathers to work on it, and would result in a one of a kind airframe.
He would have better luck and much less work to do (and certainly less expensive in the long run) to buy a complete 150 project that needs an engine, radios, instruments, etc. These are much more plentiful (Barnstormers, Trade-A-Plane, even eBay), than a fuselage and wings for the D/E model.
