Horn Point Fly In (by Bill_Dobson)
41st Horn Point Fly In, organized by the Potomac Antique Aero Squadron and the Univ of Maryland on Sat, 5/16. The field has a lot of history; started as a hunting preserve years ago. Not a huge crowd, and marshalled well by a bunch of great volunteers. Grass strip, with 27 threshold nestled in the trees. First time in there, you feel like the tips are going to hit, Good field, even when wet, but the parking areas can get soggy. Fuel at ESN or CGE nearby.
