Thanks Dan. Regarless of this year's time though, if there really are ~1100 hrs on the cylinders shouldn't I expect to have to replace them soon? The compressions are good, but I'm assuming that can quickly change.

Also, anyone know the acceptable compression on a leakdown test for the O-200s? Some of the bigger blocks are acceptable into the mid-50s/80 but I'm sure that's not the case with the tiny O-200s. Anyone know the number?

There is no difference in leakdown checks between Continental engines, and there is no specific pass/fail number. All require the use of a calibrated orifice to determine pass or fail, and even then this is just one of several indicators required to properly diagnose possible engine condition.

It's all explained here in Continental Service Bulletin SB03-3 [tcmlink.com].

Not to be difficult, but isn't it 60/80 as the "benchmark"?

Technically, it's exactly what Carl (and the SB) says, but many mechanics still use 60/80 as a rule of thumb.
