Any of you that have replaced the baffles on your 150L thru 150M I am looking for the front LH and RH pieces that go from under the valve covers around to the front. Also need the under side pieces that attach to the LH and RH pieces up front.

At this point anything in better than the wrong K model baffles someone installed.

And as more back info, I bought a seal kit from McFarlane and started the install this was when I realized that the wrong baffles were installed. Right now I’m trying to see if I can source some used ones. If I have to go new I might as well return the seal kit and buy the whole thing.

I made up MDF templates for all the baffle parts many years ago and have since fabricated a few sets. It'll be four weeks before I can check to see what orphaned parts I may have sitting around, since I've fled the hot desert for cool beach this month.

Kendel thanks for your willingness to help me out, unfortunately I need to get this resolved as soon as possible. I ended up just calling McFarlane and returning the seal kit and ordering the whole replacement kit. Because I called they gave me the club discount to help me out, usually the discount only applies to McFarlane branded parts.

Thank you for mentioning the club.
McFarlane owns Airforms and is a great supporter of this club.

Yes they are and I've never had a bad experience with McFarlane and they've always been a super great resource for me and many others here.

What a great company! whistle

Jason, what are you going to do with the old pieces? I'd reuse the scat tubing inlets off the front to make a new set of baffles, if you don't want them.

First time I made a set of baffles, it was $700 to just go buy a new set. By the time I was done making mine I well understood the cost, since I had way too many man hours involved on top of the tools required. Now, they're double that price. Might still be worth it.

I was going to sell them off to try and off set the cost of getting the right ones for my L model. The ones I took off are still usable for a J or K and maybe some others.
