...if you want a good laugh and want to have some real fun....

How in the world does one have the TIME to deal with these a__holes????? What a waste of time and energy.

My solution:
In 'Wendy's case, go to Amsterdam, meet the guy....

..and shoot him.

In Wayne's situation, tell Mr. Suki-whatever to go to Indonesia *** to pick up his new plane, meet the guy.....

...and shoot him.

*** (it's easier (and cheaper)to get away with it in Indonesia)

Scam the scammer? Hee Hee! What fun! I led a guy on that initially messaged concerning an ultralight that I was selling. He knew absolutely nothing about aircraft,, which made it all the more fun. I lead this guy on for months! And, when he finally did figure out that it was he that was being scammed? To be threatened and cussed out by somebody that only has a rudimentary understanding of the English language? Oh GAWD! It was hilarious!! They do have a temper! Hee Hee Ho! ( I'll need to see if I still have those emails?)

There is nothing you can do about these people. It seems that they cannot be caught and prosecuted. And, if you ignore them, they will just move on to another victim. So, you might as well have some fun with them while you have the opportunity! Maybe even save that next intended victim some agony?

I can't remember the website, but there is an entire "Sport" of scamming these guys.

If you think about it, the time people spend doing this is likely not much more than the time we spend on the forum here and to them it is great entertainment, plus, in my view, a public service.

If I was a retired mafia hitman, I might be inclined to make this my passtime. Track these guys down, set up the hit, then publicize the heck out of it on the internet. Can't help but wonder if that wouldn't reduce the incidence of occurence. Just email the news articles back to them when they first contact you.

But there is this "though shalt not murder thing..." sorry, the evil side of me came out.

Jeff

I don't think there is a "Now shalt not scare the crap out of someone" rule. Go for it.

You wouldn't have to actually do the deed! The "money" they offer is fictional, so why not fabricate a fictional "hit"? Thousands of fictional stories circulate the internet everyday, and few can be proven or disproven. Make the story interesting or funny, include details for realism, and it will grow exponentially in popularity, taking on a life of it's own! If such a story causes one scammer to think twice, it would be worth it!

(Make sure you've got an alibi, though! Coincidences do happen! )

Only the names have been changed to protect the guilty.

Below is a inquiry from Feng Hangwu that with the exception of the email address and name is identical to the one that I got from Kenzo Sujikama. These humps (or this hump) are too lazy to even come up with an original message.

Think that I should turn this over to Wendy? See my reply at bottom.

Mister Feng,
Thank you very much for your interest in purchasing my airplane.

The process in this transaction simple and few:

1. You bring money to KMDD
2. I give your Bill of Sale.

Thank you again.

Carl-
I like the way your mind warps! Virtual Reality!

1. Get the story started on the www about scam retribution expediters
2. Copyright the process.
3. Syndicate a television program, " Scam Busters "
4. Develop a new video game based on the hit TV program.....

Naw.

On second thought...

Just shoot 'em!
