My son (15 ) has been teaching himself leather carving over the last year. The attached pictures are of a wallet he made me - took him a couple of hours to carve and $10 in supplies. I was so impressed with how it turned out that I suggested he consider offering these with different kinds of airplanes (this is a 1950 temco swift and I will be having him make one with various models of cessna 150's) and offering them for about $30 + shipping. Does this look like something anyone would be interested in?

I'll have him make a cessna 150 version and put it on this page to see.

[Linked Image]My son just carved this one - he didn't lace it together so that he could stamp the initials or N number for whoever would like to buy it for $30.

Anthony, If he'll do an L model with my tail number, N10473, I'll buy one.
PM me, if you want.

I'll take one. Would really like the L or M style if possible.

Just as a note of feedback, I would have bought one if there had been slots on both sides. I carry 9 cards. But I do think it's a great idea. It just needs a little tweaking to make it a hit on the AOPA website.

I'll have Noah my son start an l model.

For the inserts I found this on Amazon for $3.50 - these inserts fit both pockets so they won't fall out and have 10 pages
