I'm glad it's staying at 3AU, it is a welcome addition to the fleet. Now hopefully my engine will be done soon and they can have two 150/152 flying. There is a strong need for both.
N757UT s/n 15280020 K50, Cook Airfield, Derby, KS
Previously owned: PA28-181 (N8155C, no longer flying) C-172RG (N4823V) C-152 (N69145, no longer flying)
It took a lot of time, patience, planning and perseverance but Geoff ended up with probably the most desirable of the 150/150's one could want (low time, long range tanks, GW increase to 1,760 lbs and with an autopilot no less) and J-mo stays close to home and he'll still have access to fly her or at the very least, watch her from afar. The school just bought a very good plane which will serve them well.
All good.
I look forward to our next Midwest fly-in or Clinton when I can actually see and touch his 150/150........what a machine.......even though it's yellow.
Hi Ron. The problem simply vanished after the new buyer paid the bank he is borrowing from an additional $200. He made it clear he would eat that cost himself, and not ask me to cover. I never found out what it was all about, but the buyer said he is happy.

That $200 is probably for the bank or some title company to clear up any issue with the title.
