I'm just biased because I'm in the market for one. I'll feel the demand/prices are going up as soon as I buy one!

Hmmm... anomaly? Or a tremnd developing here - 150's/152's getting more desireable and folks holdin' on to 'em a bit longer?

Yo Ed!,

I thought we just had a thread on prices and availability of Cessna 150/152's. I believe most are in agreement that quite the contrary is developing now. More planes on the market and cheaper prices.

I don't know what to believe, now

Or like me, just buy stuff and never sell it. I'm good at buying, its the selling I don't get around to.

Yeah - you still see the few for 15 k and thereabouts, but it seems to me the prices have been creeping up. Again, these are only asking prices, and nobody pays that for the most part, but still...

I might be wrong - it just seems TO ME that prices are up a bit and supply is down.

Listed prices on Cessna 152's are up. There are a lot more now that are being listed $29 to $31K . Used to be that if you listed one that high, you could just forget about selling it because no one would pay that much as they'd rather start thinking about getting into a earlier model 172 four place for just a few thousand more but listed prices on those planes are also up.
