The right side of the Horizontal Stab has one to inspect/ maintain the Trim tab actuator. I would check the tinnerman nuts that the screws screw into. You will probably fine one ear broken off of one are more(3) of these nuts. Seen lots of them in that condition. It is out of sight, out of mind.
