I am putting my C150M 1974 up for sale. I purchased it back on 5/14 from my flight instructor who had it for 32 years. This is my first plane so please excuse me if I miss format or over look something in the list below I should have included.

TT 12,089.7 (Apologies forum - my mistake - misread from tach time 7529.3)
SMOH 89.1 (they just rebuilt the engine before I purchased it)
Oil Filter installed when I purchased the plane in 5/2014
Last annual Nov 2017
It’s IFR (ADF was removed but can easily be reinstalled)
Full Panel (clock needs to be wired up, airspeed gauge fogs a little until I start to fly then clears up, just replaced the EGT during last years annual)
Has all STC’s done except for the one for doing spins (placard for NO SPINS)
MoGas STC’ed also
New Alternator and voltage regulator
New Discs for the brakes on 2016 annual
New Tube’s and retread Tires from Desser this annual (Monster – good year flight special II)
Replaced instrument panel stand offs in 2015 (now that’s a job)
Replaced Transponder with newer version (still old but newer then it had) during my last inspection 2017
New horizontal tail plastics 2015
New Blue Carpet 2 years ago from TN Wings
New sealed battery during 2016 annual

Ok now the stuff that is on my personal squawk list to fix but just did not get the time to:
Needs to be painted – Corrosion X it this annual so it’s still leaking (dirty bird)
Removed all Interior plastic – the plastic was old and cracking and rattling – I saw my A&P had removed the plastic on his 150 and the inside was painted light gray and it looked very nice and looked like it had more room – I wanted to do the same.
Both seats need reupholstering
Flap Bushing are on my list to replace this year (always looking for one thing each year to help improve the bird)
Have the NEW Plastic fuse panel that needs to be replaced. The current panel plastic is old and cracked (see picture)
Fuel shut-off works but is stiff – I wanted to have it refurbished
Overflow value for fuel tank leaks a little when I completely fill the tanks
Have the wheel pants – they need some repair - purchased a year ago

I am asking $14,500.00 or any reasonable offer. I will attempt to attach pictures

Please note: I try to fly down (weather permitting) to have coffee a couple of times a week with friends so I usually put a minimum of 1.6 on the plane a week. So the times above will be increasing.

Converted the current interior images into smaller JPG to allow me to upload more and for better viewing. I will also be taking more interior pictures on Thursday and upload as requested.

Shane,
with 89.1 hrs.SMOH,and asking $14.5K, you shouldn't have any troubles liquidating your bird quickly. grin
