Good morning all, I'm a new member looking for some info. I recently returned to flying after a near 30 year absence. I'm looking for a two place and saw an ad on Barnstormer's that fits my criteria. The 150 is N6705S, anyone familiar with this aircraft?
Dave

Welcome to the forum, Dave. I did a search but didn't find much info about that plane, other than its FAA Registration [registry.faa.gov] . The owner is not a club member. Perhaps some forum member from MN might know something about it.

Thanks, I saw the reg. info on FlightAware, seems like the owner has had it a long time. I hope one/some of the members have some knowledge of this 150.

Welcome Dave. I am in Arkansas and know nothing about N6705S, but just wanted to welcome you to the Club. This is a good place. We have a few members in MN, so maybe they will chime in soon.

Welcome to the Club, Randal!

I have to tell you, though, that it can get pretty expensive once you start making improvements -- while I am in here, I might as well .... smile. Good luck with N5489Q and enjoy flying again.

Welcome aboard to both Dave and Randal whistle whistle

Good luck to Dave on finding a plane and good luck to Randal on the panel upgrade.

Bill Rourke is certainly your go to guy on the panel fabrication you'll need.

Can you tell us what you're starting with and where you're going? The sky is the limit and a seemingly endless array of options are available.

Welcome to both of you......we thrive on pictures.
