Okay, I have a 150M rudder and it's in great shape. Going to have to charge you for it though, since it's all in one piece and I'd like to get back what I paid for it.
My rule of thumb is a quarter of new, half what a salvage yard charges, or 20% less than completed sales on eBay (not asking price), whichever is less.
eBay seems to run around $200. Can'f find one at a salvage yard. Wouldn't even think about asking what Cessna would charge because I'd be demoralized for days.
So, $150 plus actual cost of shipping if I have to send it to you. $100 if you were standing in front of me with cash in hand (which is close to what I have in it).

Part of a conversion coating for aluminum aircraft surfaces. I guess you missed that step, which is essential for corrosion control. Painting aircraft is a specialized process......
Alumiprep 33 is a non-flammable phosphoric acid based cleaner, brightener, and pre-paint conditioner for aluminum. The bare aluminum is gently cleaned with Alumiprep using the grey scotchbrite pads, and then rinsed with water.
ALODINE 1201 is a nonflammable, chromic acid based, coating chemical that will produce a chrome conversion coating on aluminum and its alloys. The coating formed by ALODINE 1201 is gold to tan in color and it becomes a part of the aluminum surface. This chrome conversion coating offers the best affordable substrate for both paint adhesion and corrosion resistance.
Be careful using generic automotive strippers on aluminum aircraft components. If you use the "wrong" chemicals, it's possible that it will seep into the skin lap joints, and cause corrosion.
