Are a 152s wings interchangeable with a 150s wings?

Almost. The difference is the 152 only has 30 deg.'s of flaps and the fuel lines run from both the front and rear of the inboard side of the tanks just like the Aerobats. Also, the peto heater and lights are 24 volt. As far as fit and structure they are the same although the leading edge of the 152 might be slightly different.

150 Aerobats do not have front and rear fuel lines.... The fuel system is identical to the standard 150.

Hmm. I'll keep looking for 150 wings. Thanks!

What year do you need? Left or right?

Initially, I was looking for both - my 150 was taxied into - and the thought was new wings might be less expensive that the sheet metal work. (and it would get rid of the hail damage). It is repaired now, so I'm flying again... and that is good.

And the story of why you needed new or repaired wings has appeared in the July issue of FLYING magazine on page 70. "... and source of huge embarrassment involved the scratch I put in my Cub's brand-new metal propeller ... and the bent metal in the left wingtip of Dave Thurston's Cessna 150."

Will there be another letter from the same Cub owner describing when she again taxied into Dave's plane and damaged the right wingtip ? grin
