Just dropped the price to 15900. This is the last price reduction i could afford.

Best of luck, Anthony.......Sounds like it's a tough, tough market out there.

Good luck Anthony. I always hate to see someone sell their 150, but we have to do what we have to do.

Based on the price of a new C-172, it is difficult to understand how a C-150 could be worth only $15,900.

Hang in there. There will be someone of wisdom and understanding come along and your airplane will be just what they are looking for.

Man, I wish it was easier, and cheaper to import an aircraft from the US to Canada....

Eric, you might look at the possibility of incorporating in the US, having the corporation buy the plane, then you lease it from the corporation. The plane would retain US registration.

This might make it easier to deal with Canadian law.

Haha! Well I appreciate the thinking outside the box! But it is more about money than law. There are apparently painful and expensive hoops to jump through for import. But right now the real deal killer is the exchange rate. I have to add better than 30% to the buying price just to account for the dollar exchange. Just a killer.

That looks like a sweet little bird. Great options. Maybe it's not moving because of where you are. Seems like out west that thing would be bought up in a heartbeat. Great candidate for one of my hot rod TD 150,150's. Manual flaps and big tanks are a must and getting harder to find.

Surely someone will want that thing at that price.

Hey, that's a nice little airplane!!! And a GREAT price, too.

You shouldn't have any trouble finding a buyer(s) for it... maybe even a bidding war. $16,900 is a really good price.

As Eric said, if it weren't for the low Canadian dollar and $5+K to import, I'd be all over this.

I personally think that even adding exchange and $$$ to import - you're not that bad off.

I'd guesstimate you're looking at somewhere between $24,000 - $27,000 CAD by the time you're done. Not unreasonable.
