In the interest of full disclosure, the successful applicant will be working for me
Also, don't be too concerned about the posting dates on the attached. As Murphy has created a situation where I'll be re-posting this position after the posting date as I now have two full time slots to fill (possibly two part time as well).

90hp (minimum) green tractor required. Cab and air. 15' batwing mower. (1) grease gun & case of grease provided. (1) 5" side grinder for touching up blades provided. Maintenance personel on field will provide oil/filter changes.
Would love to have you on our team. Poobs it sounds from watching your "space" that you've got a pretty exciting new job. Not much opportunity for flight with the job I'm offering (at least not while on the job).
I'd be interested in seeing both you Southern Boys weather a New England winter.

Still tentative and pending...
I called yesterday to see if they were training... they told me they were really behind, and things are on "hold".
...hope I didn't jinx myself...

Nope, growing season only. I'd hate to put any more miles on my 25 year old Sorel's.
But you need a B.S. in Airport Management to cut the grass.. "Another example of where have you been for four years and not what can you do for the company."
Perfect retirement job!!!...I got a ways til that happens though!!!
I'm with Jim (but a lot closer than he is), however it does violate my #1 rule of life: Never live anywhere where you have to plug in your car. (To keep it warm, not to keep it charged)

Considering the requirement for the BS degree makes the pay seem abysmal. Where do the HR people come up with this stuff?
I worked for Sacramento's airports for 25 years doing operations, fueling and ARFF. Our airport operations workers have a pay scale of 18.00 to 21.87 per hour with no requirement for a degree at all. This job sounds like our Operations Officers who have a pay scale of 34.97 to 38.56 per hour.
And according to one online cost of living calculator I looked at, it costs 9.6 percent MORE to live in Portsmouth.
I guess the difference is PSM is nowhere near as busy, but still.
