The photos look good (average), STOL kit, new tires, recent alternator, Brackett air filter, good glass; avionics not too impressive Mk170B 720 chan, King KT78 transponder with encoder, intercom. It's listed on Trade A Plane, N704HK at Georgetown and being sold by a broker, John Cannan.
