Damn I'm loosing all the better C150s in the market just because I can't sale my boat! Lulu Belle is gone now even Kevin's plane is gone...
Seems like that selling a 150 is much easier than to sale a small boat.

And, if Congress for some strange reason passes the bill allowing the Driver's License medical up to 6,000 lbs., I'll bet C-150's will sell even better smile.

And as far as travelling in a C-150, those of us already "there" don't really need to go anywhere smile.

What a coincidence you mentioned Icon. My instructor just send me a video to stress the importance of angle of attack. Check it out.

One guy had his boat sink. He was rescued by the Coast Guard and later received a check from the insurance company.

The location of the sailboat wreckage, however, was a threat to navigation. So the Coast Guard raised it to the surface to dispose of it somewhere else.

And they found a perfectly circular hole in the bottom.

The owner not only got hit up with insurance fraud, but also Federal charges for blocking a Federal waterway.

Went on a salvage dive one day out Beaufort, NC. Guy sank a sports fisher for the insurance. Dumb jerk sank the boat just outside channel. Guess he did not want to have to swim to far. Antennas were sticking out of the water. Easy salvage. Floated to surface, plugged holes (very easy to plug nice round holes) and pumped out water.

Just a hint: know height of boat. Know depth of water at LOW tide. Don't use a drill.

Better to have someone run the boat to central America and report it stolen. Get paid twice.

Good wife, good friends & a Cessna 150. Life is good.
