Sandy went through the airframe and took care of any corrosion. She is selling for a good reason, not because there is anything wrong with her airplane. We learned a lot about wing adjustments and rudder rigging. Took all day though...adjust, fly, adjust, fly, adjust, fly, etc.
Put the left panel plastic overlay back on so she isn't quite so "frankenpanel".

As he wrote, "just once, I'd like to buy a car from me." "Lulubelle" is just such a plane. It's one of few planes that could be bought sight unseen, tanks topped, then flown home. (Oh, there is another in Arkansas, but it ain't for sale.... )

I hope it doesn't set overly high expectations, but I would like to think there would be more pleasant surprises than unpleasant distractions. I do know that every time I switched to a different A&P, new stuff was found, so I have no doubt that fresh eyes could find some squawk I've missed. I'd be thrilled if the news owner finished her up with a pretty Bill Rourke panel makeover. Then I'd really consider her fly-away perfect!
Do appreciate the kind words!
