I had Birdie's prop polished many years ago by a reputable prop shop. It's still polished and in good condition. Never came up as an issue in all the different places we flew it.

This may be one of those technicalities that even the FAA doesn't generally waste time on.

And yes, Brad's airplane is top of the line without a doubt.

The $27,500 is firm. If the airplane doesn't sell at that price, I'll renew the policy and keep it.

You'll be happy you kept it Brad. Some Karma at work here.

Today it is a buyer's market, so it will be hard to get your value for it. It is a fine airplane, and good luck with it.
