Think about this. It is always a buyer?s market.

The seller has one option. He has an item to sell, that?s it. All he can do is to let as many people know what he is selling and wait for someone to buy.

On the other hand the buyer has twice as many options. He can buy or he and not buy. Particularly when buying a 150/152 there most likely no actual economic need or physical requirement to buy the airplane; in most cases it is a toy.

Sure there are times when there are more or fewer buyers and the prices are lower and the time required sell an airplane is longer. But it is always a buyer?s market.
