Jeff,
That is because your rightful airplane is still waiting in MT Shasta for you to come and pick it up! :-)

Just guessing, but it's probably best that it's gone. The ad didn't say much. My own buying experiences tells me this guy was fishing for contacts, without divulging too much information. That usually means something drastic needs fixing! That's reinforced by the fact that it was not sold to an individual. It was sold to an entity with the resources to realize a return on their investment.

Jeff,
If you're interested, there is another 150/150 for $30K. I can ask for details next time at the airport (tomorrow).

Thanks Frank,

As Bill aludes "My airplane" is sitting in Mt. Shasta CA. It truly is my original airplane, the infamous Acme Flying Machine, and when we get through the first of the year I may be talking to Joe again if it is still for sale.

I am in no hurry at all, but if a really special 150/150 came up for the right price (right now that is something South of $25K...since I am not in a hurry and quite frankly I am sensing some softness in the market for them), I might be interested. But not aggressive.

I have looked at several in the $25-30K range one I tried to buy, but was "sniped" by a local (this is months ago). Since then, I have pulled up hard on the reigns and realized I am not in a rush, so will just sit and wait for the right bird.

Thanks for the offer though.
