All bets are off in a market like this one. You could ask top dollar then take what you can get if you're really wanting to sell. The Terra avionics are not helpful, but the long range tanks are a BIG plus and set the airplane apart from most others on the market. Can't tell much by the photos, but it looks like a clean bird.

Best of luck with it Bill.

I want to thank everyone who responded to my request. The answers gave me some very useful information for solving my problem. As for more photos of the interior, I'll try to get some soon. Meanwhile, I've attached a photo of the full instrument panel that reveals a little more than the previous one.

Bill,
There is a comparable model Cessna 150E (1965) on eBay right now, with a "Buy-it-Now" price of $22,450.

That is your competition, and you can watch it to see what it sells for. While both your and the eBay planes are very clean, the market is very depressed right now. Older Cessna 150s will most likely sell to a private buyer for a sport plane, rather than a flight school wanting a training or rental aircraft.
I have always had a fondness for the 1965 square tail- it just looks so cool!

Question for Charles,

The EBay 150 referenced in the preceding post has the scissors link on the nose gear opposite most I've seen. Is this correct?

If it's the heavy-duty one, it's pointing in the correct direction.

It is the heavy-duty one and it is pointing in the right direction. There is an old story (probably true) that an FAA inspector tried to ground a 150 that had this nosegear because he thought it had been installed backward!

Don't you dare sell it to some uncaring, non-Cessna 150 club-member for that price. Sell it to me first.

In fact, I'd like to ask for rights of first-refusal to any offer you get.
