If I were looking for one with the same criteria as when I bought mine a few years ago, I'd buy it up in a heartbeat! If only I could financially juggle 2 birds. I'd say that's an extremely fair price!!

I expect that someone not familiar with the O-320 would not buy my airplane because the time is at recommended tbo. I do expect someone familiar with that engine would have a lot of interest in that the engine can go much longer. I had an interesting conversation with Joe Sheble (Sheble Aviation) this am. He said, with a bit of humor, that my engine was "midtime."
