Mine's on a RAM suction cup mount attached to the DV window... so far so good!

I'll take a photo, and post here ASAP. One of the reasons I was reluctant to buy the 696 when it came out, were fears that it was too big, and too heavy, and there would be no good place to mount it. It mounts perfectly on the Yoke, and to my surprise, does not block anything. I am very pleased with the yoke mounting. I did use a custom RAM mount, not because the supplied parts didn't work, but because I wanted to simplify. I will get shots of the RAM set up I use as well.
