Apparently Mike isn't checking the board. Not sure on the O-360 bird, but your gross weight will be 1760 with the Aircraft Conversions (Delair) STC, my O-320 equipped bird weighed 1262 with similar other equipment, so usable is about 270 or so with full fuel (LR tanks will be between 35 and 40 gallons). Probably a bit less than this with the O-360 weight a bit more.

I do not check this forum regularly, just saw the numerous posts here and wanted to respond since I think folks my be misunderstanding us regarding our plane for sale.

I really understand all the general interest in this plane as it is somewhat of a novelty in the world of 150's. It is no showplane, but it is somewhat mystic as people question what that 180 must be like and, for the first 150 calls I enjoyed talking about it. However, many "tire-kickers" have and continue to attempt to waste our time. If you are really just seeking information, I encourage you to contact the manufacturers directly (Horton, Del-Air, JPI, Lycoming, etc.) as they can better enlighten and answer your questions.

Anyone seriously interested in plane purchase can call me at 775-856-2841 8-5 pacific time or via my email mchapman@1vms.com I will be happy to speak with you or return your call if I am out as soon as possible.

Mr. MChap,
I can't help but notice that it was listed as 42k OBO. By the way, not trying to pry too much, and usually don't ask this question, especially in the company of others...what was the final OBO? For future reference only, of course.

It was a nice airplane, and I am overjoyed to hear that it has found a new home. I hope the new owner will check in with this forum so that we can learn about your unusual and extreme 150.

Mike....hope you enjoy your 210.
